About CabotArts!

Cabot Arts is a a certified Vermont non-profit located in the village of Cabot, Vermont. Our mission is to enliven our culture and local economy by promoting the very best in regional, national and international music, arts, crafts, spoken word & theater. We organize workshops, classes and jam sessions in the spirit of 
accessibility and inclusivity. Officially established in November of 2018, we are a fledgling organization, working in cooperation with the Cabot Community Association (CCA).

Our Vision

The vision of Cabot Arts is to enhance the well-being and quality of life in Cabot and the surrounding communities by encouraging participation in arts programs . Our wish is to create joyful experiences and enhance Cabot's identity as a music and arts destination!
A few short (and) long term goals for Cabot Arts:

  • Install a curtain/backdrop on the Willey Building Stage (done!)

  • Music Lessons, Classes and Workshops for All Ages (done!)

  • Establish ongoing Concert Series. (done!)

  • Create a 12th Night Music Festival in January  (done!)

  • ​​Next To Do...

  • Build a Bandstand on the Common

  • Offer music programs for elders and children

  • Summer Music Camp

  • Summer Music and Arts Festival

  • Establish "Green Mountain Music Trails" 

  • Summer Concerts on the Common

  • Establish a permanent, physical home
